Why do people
hide their true feelings?
Fear of rejection? 
Of hurting your pride?
If you have a burden,
share it

with trusted friends
Never carry heavy weight alone,
or you might break
Dont walk away
from opem arms
All they want to do
is help you
Dont let your pride,
push away
much-needed help
Everyone
no matter how many
scars
bruises
or hurt we have,
Love can heal
us all.
